Image of the Day

You can always tell if an artist has put as much emotion into their work as the time it's taken to complete it, which is exactly why we've chosen Giants and Angels II by Damien Mammoliti as our Valentines Image of the Day.

If you head over to Damien's gallery, there's a haunting short poem to go along with the artwork, which really sets up the scene. Where the imagery is concerned, it's the sheer elegance of the piece that amplifies the emotions behind it. Even the creature is beautiful in it's own dark way.
